We'll get right to it - starting in my own backyard. One of Boston's most iconic attractions has been undergoing renovations for the last two years. Sunday evening, on a favorable tide, the USS Constitution was refloated and left drydock to retake her place of honor in the Charles town navy yard.

The groups are calling it unacceptable privatization, and are calling for emergency funding to preserve existing programs instead.
