Hi all. I am pleased to report a Christmas Miracle. I re-connected with a boyhood friend via the book of face yesterday. We were inseperable as children- he lived up the hill from me. This is the one who asked me to be a Cub Scout when we were kids; I haven't seen him since we both went off to college and moved out of town 25 years ago.

My year ended on Tuesday. If it weren't for that I'd be home sick anyway.
Mrs Rabbit was able to walk to the CVS and get me some cough stuff.
One more party to go to Saturday, don't know if I will be up for it.

Trojanrabbit, I hope that you feel better soon.
As for myself, my eye doctor said the corneal ulcer has healed up. I still have some drops to take and a follow up visit.
As for today, not much to do save for house cleaning and services tonight. I am off till the first Monday of the year.
