Debate 2, Round 2 is now in the history books, and it was contentious.
To that point, I say good. We saw a debate last night, not an interview.

I have my own takeaways of the candidates I was already watching so I was focusing on the candidates that I didn't know as well, be it their policies and their stage presence. Since the last round of debates, I will be honest the needle moved little or less for some of them. I remain completely turned off by many of the people onstage and would like to see far fewer people on stage. right now there is too much noise and distraction from, as Bob put it yesterday, a few FWMâ„¢*.

We have 10 more debates to go, so I am looking at this more as a walk than a sprint, which is the opposite of what cable news wants.

There is only one thing we need -- to remove the cancer that is occupying the White House.

That's all I have to say about that.

Morning

I bailed super early - hate that format. Its only about getting people to fight each other.

Mornin' all..

This debate format is total garbage. I'm actually looking forward to the fact that CNN isn't running the next one.

And as far as I'm concerned, less than half of the candidates in the race are still worth consideration based on their performance and records:

Warren
Biden
Harris
Booker
Buttigieg
Inslee
Castro
Bennet
Sanders
Yang
Bullock

Good morning. Another rare day shift so I had to get up early this morning.

My body has gotten too acclimated to night hours.

I gotta tell you, I don't like Yang.

I don't care for him much because he's being pushed hard by the skript kiddie crowd. But his UBI idea has some merit, and could go places if its fleshed out a bit more.

To me, Yang is a one-trick-pony with the $100/mo UBI. Reminds me of Sanders with his one message of "Wall St. and the 1%".

I thought Gillibrand did well also. I don't understand why she isn't getting more traction. I'm not a fan of Gabbard, but she also did well

Also - I can see Inslee as head of the EPA. I also wasn't wowed by Bullock or Bennet ( I consider them FWM)

Ugh.. Lewandowski is thinking about a run for NH-SEN against Jeanne Shaheen.

Good luck with that.
