(Services for people struggling with mental illness or for people who just need a counselor at this moment are backlogged and overwhelmed. If random people are freaking out over toilet paper, imagine what it’s like for someone who needs routine and daily meds to stay well.) https://t.co/30f753j8sk

Is it horrible and selfish that I kind of feel left out since we're still open and working? Want to pitch in and help people but since mom is over 70 I've been trying to limit where we go and who we're around.

I guess it's just how long before we go stir crazy? I should have a lead since I have been bedridden since January.
I know that many people want to help out in these times. But before you forward PSAs from random people who were "a doctor in Vermont" or "an ER nurse", please consider that it may be just hearsay at best, or disinformation at worst.
There are plenty of authoritative sources out there. They are easy to find and they have great advice. If you choose to believe something else randomly forwarded, that's your right. But forwarding it does not help.
