Frustration Friday

So..... Sinema........
Did any of us really seeing her and Manchin being, not just a speed bump but a whole damn road block (like washing out the road, sink hole kind of road blocks)?
I sure didn't. I know so many people are frustrated and worry this is going to turn them off from voting. And that exactly what this new mutated breed of Republican wants. Its so very hard not to fall into their demoralizing trap but its so hard.
Though sometimes small things help to at least pull us back. I'm finding that simple, short meditative breathing helpful. Give it a try...

There was a time when Sinema fought for progressive causes but she has become increasingly more conservative over time. (She used to co-host a progressive talk show with Jeff Farias , who was on KPHX, in Phoenix.) We probably cannot influence her or Manchin, although we should try to at least be on the record.
Like BobR, I find that focusing on what I can control helps.
