March For The QNC

Yesterday the House of representatives made the decision to not convene today, Thursday, March 4, due to the credible threats of violence from qAnon and other right-wing extremist groups. On Tuesday, March 2, the acting Sargeant-At-Arms of the House said "there is no indication of planned protests'. However, yesterday we got some new and disturbing information. I'm hoping the abundance of caution that is being taken is over preparedness. I haven't heard if people are coming to DC (via bus, plane, etc.) but the thing is I suspect after the violence on 1/6, these groups aren't planning in public anymore.
They never found the person or people who planted the bombs outside the QNC or the DNC -- so there is a threat level that should be taken seriously.
I hope that nothing happens because then we will see what doesn't happen when you have people in the White House who DON'T incite, violence, hate and white supremacy. Time will tell. I'm hoping to breathe a sigh of relief at the end of the day.

Also Wednesday, the Capitol Police said it has obtained intelligence showing a “possible plot to breach the Capitol by an identified militia group†March 4.
“We have already made significant security upgrades to include establishing a physical structure and increasing manpower to ensure the protection of Congress, the public and our police officers,†the agency said in a statement.
Supporters of the QAnon conspiracy theory have set March 4 as the date they believe former President Donald Trump will return to office.
