Good morning, bloggers!

BobR, I have to get ready for a little part-time work over winter break. However, let me share something that TriSec may want to expand on from CNN: The top 8 military boondoggles of 2015.

The Hill also has Political winners and losers of 2015.

Greetings, comrades!

TriSec is surprisingly ambulatory today!

But I have tix to Star Wars tonight- I would insist on attending, even in a fatally deceased state.

Morning all

On staycation this week. But today the ol' Honda is in the shop. I thought I could get the original clutch to 300K miles, but with it starting to slip I don't want to chance burning it out in the upcoming snow.

I'm catching up on all the playlists for my Thursday show, since I didn't start posting them to FB until show #16. This Thursday, since it's just about the first anniversary of the start of the show, I'm doing a(nother) Request Night, it would be nice if all the playlists were up. Thankfully the DJ software saves it.

Today the solar panel installers are on the roof again (right over us, of course), are freaking out.

The senior program which I have brought people to is cancelled today. We are getting a snow/ice mix. I may have a meeting with the Brotherhood board at Temple (I am the secretary) but it may get cancelled.

Mornin' everbuddy!

So this weekend was eventful. First, I want to thank Mala for the Blogger Joe. I will post the photo on my Facecrack forthwith. Next, wifey and I got to spend a great evening with Bob and Raine Saturday night. Mojitos will never be the same again.

Finally, my reaction when the Atlanta Falcons put the 1 in Carolina's 14-1:

That was my reaction when Matthew Slater elected to kick off in OT against the Jets. Ol' Bill outsmarted hisself again.

Busy job hunting. I just found something in Arlington, VA. (I may need to borrow a couch.)

Jeeesh... The grand jury in the Tamir Rice case rejected the indictment.

I have the bad feeling Cleveland is gonna be going through some shit very soon.

I think it will. It took the officer only TWO seconds to decide to fire after arriving on the scene. I think that we will see a lot of protests in the next several days. I pray that those protests will be nonviolent.

Yeah I agree the cops really didn't take the time to find out what was going on, but this case seems a lot closer to the problems in the 80s with kids and realistic-looking toy guns to me. It just happened to occur at about the same time as some of the other high profile cops-kill-minority cases that happened in the past year and got swept up in the wave of BLM outrage. PLUS, the prosecutor was actively undermining the grand jury by OPENLY leaking stuff to the press, which only pissed off the families and citizens even more and strengthened the BLM criticism. The whole thing is a clusterf"k that didn't need to be that way.
