Billionaire, philanthropist, playboy, world traveler, crime fighter. Those describe BOTH Trump and the Caped Crusader.

I think that Donald Trump is just batty, man.
He is more concerned about his business and funneling campaign money to Trump family owned businesses than releasing detailed policy proposals. I think an unreformed Lex Luthor is a more apt comparison.
