Well, seven days and everything is 100% better. Some money came in, I'm back to full employment with a second driving job, and many things in arrears have been cleared.

So, I spent this morning making reservations and bookings to get back to Florida in March to check in on my aged aunt. Curiously - a friend at work is travelling the same week, so we're looking to have a meetup at the Happiest Place.

I couldn't get decent flights with spring break going on, so I'll be driving again. NBD, it's what I do. But unlikely to stop in DC - Again. I'm sorry, this is getting silly.

So for Bob & Raine...are you like me, planning things months in advance? We're trying to figure out what to do next summer, so do you have any dates for your annual open house yet?

Barring that - since you seem to have more flexibility travelling than we do, might I suggest you come up to Boston this year? I can get you discounted admissions for a bunch of things, VIP passes on the Trolley and the Tea Party, plus I know a knowledgeable local guide than can be your "Personal Shopper" during your stay.
