On January 20, 2017, an oath was taken.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

On January 6, 2021, the same person who repeated the oath above addressed a crowd at the Elipse in DC. At the end of his 'speech', he said this:
And we fight. We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore.

Our exciting adventures and boldest endeavors have not yet begun. My fellow Americans, for our movement, for our children, and for our beloved country.

And I say this despite all that's happened. The best is yet to come.

So we're going to, we're going to walk down Pennsylvania Avenue. I love Pennsylvania Avenue. And we're going to the Capitol, and we're going to try and give. (snip)

So let's walk down Pennsylvania Avenue.
(Narrator: He didn't walk along Pennsylvania Avenue, but his followers did.)

We all know what happened that deadly day and the nation is still feeling the fallout.

On December 3, 2022, the man who swore an oath to the constitutional, Inspired an insurrection among other ghastly things said this on his social media platform:
"So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great 'Founder' did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!"
In under 5 years since he took the presidential Oath of office, he has called for 'the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution'. Not one member of his party has denounced it as of this morning.

Case in point, Republican David Joyce was asked about the statement by George Stephanopoulos, Host of ABC's This Week.yesterday.
JOYCE: I will support whoever the Republican nominee is. And just don't think that, at this point, he will be able to get there because I think there’s a lot of other good quality candidate out there.

STEPHANOPOULOS: That’s a remarkable statement. You just – you’d support a candidate who's come out for suspending the Constitution?

JOYCE: Well, you know, he says a lot of things. You have to take him in context. And right now I have to worry about making sure his Republican Governance Group and the Republican majority, that we make things work for the American people. And I can't be really chasing every one of these crazy statements that come out about – from any of these candidates that come out (ph).

STEPHANOPOULOS: But -- but that's an extraordinary statement. You can't come out against someone who’s for suspending the Constitution?

JOYCE: Well, first off, he hasn’t -- he has no ability to suspend the Constitution. Secondly, I don’t --

STEPHANOPOULOS: But he says he's for it.

JOYCE: Well, you know, he says a lot of things that -- but that doesn’t mean that it’s ever going to happen. So you’ve got to accept exact fact from fantasy. And fantasy is that we’re going to suspend the Constitution and go backwards. We're moving forward and we're going to continue to move forward as a Republican majority and as a Republican conference.
David Joyce is a member of the GOP leadership.

It was fantastical to think the TFG would ever sit in the Oval office. It was fantastical, some said, that he could ever lead an insurrection on our government. Now the GOP is trying to downplay the very idea that a former President wants to suspend and even abolish our constitution. They are literally telling you not to believe what is being said.

That's not a fantasy, it's very real and very serious.

Resist. Persisit. Insist.
