Well, here I am in enemy territory. (Waves northeasterly)


Keeping it short and sweet. Had a stunningly easy drive through the megalopolis on Wednesday; one of my easiest drives ever, despite the rain and fog all the way to North Carolina.

I've been working around our place here, fixing things and cleaning stuff up. My aunt will be 78 this summer, with all the trouble that age provides.

You may have seen my goal for this trip unlocked. Spring training yesterday at Ballpark of the Palm Beaches. My Florida teams played each other (Nats/Astros), which Houston won in a laugher.

My pasty northern skin is looking much better, and still planning on meeting some trolley friends in EPCOT on the way home.

There's been surprisingly little political news down here, despite TFG being no more than 5 miles away on the island. Local news just doesn't seem terribly interested in him anymore, but of course the national propaganda channels give him all the attention he needs.
