Now about Rubio and Kegbreath.

Newly released records show Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Joint Chiefs Chairman Dan Caine continued to use Signal group chats configured to automatically delete messages, even after President Donald Trump publicly suggested that officials stop using the encrypted messaging app.

The disclosures came after last year’s high-profile leak, when officials mistakenly included The Atlantic’s editor Jeffery Goldberg in a separate group chat discussing military operations against Houthi rebels.

The documents, released by the State Department last week in response to Freedom of Information Act litigation brought by Democracy Forward, reveal 13 previously unreported Signal group chats involving senior Trump administration officials during the first half of 2025.

I am glad to see birthright citizenship upheld but angered and saddened by the ruling against transgender athletes. It sees like the modern GOP strategy is to find small groups and demonize them. How is this different than what some people did during the Salem Witch Trials?

Scotus doesn't seem to realize they don't know the 14th -- especially for Trans people:

Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.


Conservatives used to hate so called "activist Judges".

I fear that many in the GOP are much like the Party in George Orwell's 1984: the only goal is the pursuit of power.
