The Monday After

While everyone settles back into the beginning of a normal work week, I'll be over here writing a blog with some teeth.

I'm still trying to get over the breaking news this morning that the Caps fired their head coach, Bruce Boudreau and replaced him with a fellow named Dale Hunter.

.... Shaking me head....

I think its crazy to take a coach that has taken them from worst to first when he was first hired (even though they still choke in the playoffs) and get rid of him because of 1 bad run. Lord I hope Abe Polen isn't turning it Dan Synder

It might be because he benches marquee stars when they aren't performing.

If you haven't read any Rhodes' books, I highly recommend them. He has a knack of being able to break down really technical stuff into simple, easy to understand language that doesn't dumb what he is talking about down. His book on the A-bomb is a masterpiece.

I read about your endeavor this morning and I think it's a real shame that you are so misinformed, or simply disinterested in being informed. In case you didn't know, or chose not to even bother finding out, thanks to Obama and the Democrats who controlled Congress before the 2010 elections you get a tax credit for every new employee you hire, and more recently he pushed through a further tax credit for hiring war veterans. In other words, your efforts are based in nothing but blind idiocy, bigotry and greed. You also claim on your website that your company has a practice of "...only employing experienced veterans...," however by not hiring you are keeping your fellow military veterans out of work. I'm sure your service brothers be THRILLED to see how badly you treat other veterans.

By all means though, continue with your pitiful exercise. I, and many others, will be sure to contact all of the vendors listed on your website and ask them not to do business with you. We'll also make sure your clients are encouraged to contact your competition. When your business closes due to your own stupidity, you can keep that silly sign as a souvenir.
