Fluffy Friday
Author: wickedpam    Date: 06/13/2014 12:40:10

I seem to have a mental block about blogging on Friday. Or it could be that I haven't had my coffee yet.

Anyway.

The stork has been pulling overtime at the National Zoo recently. There have been 31 new "specimens' (there word not mine- I'd call them bundles of cuteness) including some endangered species born under the care of the National Zoo system.

Take a gander over here -

Dozens of New Arrivals at National Zoo

Dare you not to squee at the bundles of cuteness.

Stupidly we removed the keystone for the whole area and its all falling apart. I just don't understand why no one foresaw that.

A lot of people DID see this happening. That miserable criminal administration refused to listen.

Firstly, Terry Gross isn't a "Correspondent" she's the friggin' host.
Secondly, Slow day at Media Matters?

Went to the doctor yesterday. Besides the antibiotics, she gave me some prednisone for the inflation in my lungs. I will be stalking some game for lunch today. Hey, isn't there some elk in blog walk-in? How about an entire steer?

Mornin' all...

My computer is not happy today. Three blue screens, and the case is really hot so I opened it up & dusted it out.. Turn it back on, and the fan in the power supply starts making the most annoying sound in the world.

It's running again now, for the moment. I have the cover off and my desk fan aimed directly into the computer. Leet haxor skillz, ladies and gentlemen!

I heard about that dust-up. Terry & Hillary got into it pretty heated about LGBT rights. (time index ~ 17 minutes in)

Hello, bloggers!! I hope that everyone is well.

In some good news, the job search is continuing and I have more than enough applications so that I should get some interviews soon. Next week, I should be on the road for RV delivery. (I am doing this with a friend in the hope of having a car soon and money for a move -- hopefully to the Boston or Washington, D.C. areas.)

I think I've got a section of animal lying around - hang on a minute.

It better be like half a carcass.

Now he's just lying. Lying pure and simple.
“We had literally no casualties there in Iraq during the last period after the surge was over,” McCain said, “and by leaving a vacuum, then that was obviously filled.”

Nuts.

Touche Gawker, Touche.
The Wall Street Journal warns of "The Terrorist Army Marching on Baghdad." Once it's an army, can you still call it "terrorist?" Either armies are different from terrorists, or all armies are terrorists. Consistency, please. Arguments on this point are welcome.

Once again, John McCain leaves a classified briefing. Read this, and please tell me, is the man finally going over the edge? IS he going to enter Donald Sterling territory soon?

I think you have that backwards.. It's Donald Sterling that's heading into McCain territory.

Can anyone help me out here? I want to donate to FSTV, but I want to ensure that my money gives a prop to the SMS show. How do I do that?

you know I'm not sure - looking at the donation site it looks like you just donate to FSTV in general, maybe there's a place after you put in the amount that you can specific what show
