Busy day at work prepping for being off next week. So I'm turning to the tried and true cuteness of baby animals.
So cute XD
Yes I love otters, sue me.
And how could I not include the adorableness of the baby panda, who probably is in all actuality luring us in with cuteness only to plot murdering us all in our sleep to one day rule the world. But all done is an adorable way.
This is not to be confused with Koala's who are also plotting our demise by cuteness but I hear from sources are really assholes.

Yes Mala, you're right koalas are jerks. They suffer from endemic chlamydia and the males are aggressive when defending their mating territories and females. They are as big jerks as the rapey sea-based serial killers, dolphins. Those assholes have great press agents. Don't believe me, how about a marine biologist.

I've been talking to folks on the twitter machine who are from Australia (she's a roller derby girl and a fangirl of SPN) and she's informed me of the assholiness of said koala's. Said she's held lots of animals but its the koala's that drew blood.

Nope, they are horrific menaces to other species. And I don't just mean in the way that carnivorous species always are to their prey. Sea otters murder even when it doesn't provide them with food or offspring, like straight-up sociopathic spree killers.

I just got an e-mail from the person I interviewed with that they decided to go with another candidate. So, I guess it is a good thing that I still applied to eight other positions today. C'est la vie.
