So Long Joan.
Often times I didn't like Joan Rivers comedy, but she was a lady I could respect. A pioneer in the world of comedy, first woman to host The Tonight Show, and took the Red Carpet to a whole new level. Took risks even when she knew she knew nothing about business. Picked herself up and started over so many times I'm in awe.

The thing is, I didm't pan on spending a whole hour with it, but I could not stop watching. She was brutally honest and I honestly didn't realize she had such a poor body image of herself.

I used to go to the Silver theater when is was a crumbling dump ages ago. I haven't been to it since it was renovated to its full art-deco glory.

Thanks. I am working on a lesson plan this weekend. It is fairly close to home. Mind you, I may not sign up to work there forever, but getting my foot in the door will help get my career out of the deep hole that it has been in.
