So, I spoke to Mom this morning. She is doing a much, much better. She has been rehydrated and given some blood to replace what she lost when fell and bruised her hip Friday. Mom takes blood thinners so this is not a big surprise. I don't know when she is going to be discharged. Frankly I wouldn't mind if they kept her in the hospital another day but downgraded her status to move her out of the ICU.

And of course, the GOP and Likud will continue to denounce it because they love their wars. I wonder if Thom Hartmann's theory might be true that any attempt to re-establish relations with Iran could possibly lead to stuff about the deal by the Reagan campaign to delay the release of the hostages in 1980 might be brought out.
