Good morning.

We'll get right to it - starting in my own backyard. One of Boston's most iconic attractions has been undergoing renovations for the last two years. Sunday evening, on a favorable tide, the USS Constitution was refloated and left drydock to retake her place of honor in the Charles town navy yard.

Moving on to actual veterans, curiously enough eight veteran's groups are urging congress not to pass the latest so-called 'reform'. The groups are calling it unacceptable privatization, and are calling for emergency funding to preserve existing programs instead.

I'm not sure what they could have done to prevent it. Even if he provided a script beforehand, he always goes off-script. If they tried to drag him off the stage, the Secret Service would have stepped in.

See now I read that has the BSA doing a giant shrug and going "meh". If that is their whole statement it is lacking greatly. I get that a President is considered an honorary pres for the organization but it was the content of the speech not that tRump addressed them to begin with.

President Trump’s nominee to lead the Justice Department’s criminal division, Brian A. Benczkowski, has disclosed to Congress that he previously represented Alfa Bank, one of Russia’s largest financial institutions, whose owners have ties to President Vladimir V. Putin.

Trump politicizes everything. However, I think that Trump's speech has damaged the reputation of the Boy Scouts nationally. I do not understand the boos by the Scouts. I find that more disconcerting than Trump's speech.

I'm surprised he even disclosed it. Unless doing so makes him a better nominee. Maybe it's required to have Russian ties to get a spot in Twitler's government.

I agree. I thought Ariel Sharon was arrogant and hamfisted, but he was better than Bibi. I fear that Trump is like a somewhat more arrogant Bibi with a lobotomy and worst tastes. (I fear that somewhere Yitzhak Rabin weeps over Bibi's arrogance, probably near where the Founding Fathers are weeping over the Trump administration.)

The BSA policy statement below is accurate. There are specific rules regarding scouts at political events. However, the BSA generally didn't have to worry about politicians behaving inappropriately when addressing scouts - until now.

I've already contacted the gas company to report the issue & have the account closed immediately, but they told me I have to contact the police & have a report sent to them to clear my credit history of the delinquency & get her to pay it. I'll be doing that promptly after I leave the office.

I'm pretty sure it's also fraud & identity theft, because someone had to assume my identity when calling to get the thing turned on (probably the smack dealer she was shacking up with). Kinda wondering if they have a recording of that call.

I think it's fraud as well.

I am really sorry that you have to go through this mess, Scoop. Contact Law enforcement and let them handle the rest.
