I am just gonna leave that here as we start the new week.

The end is in sight.. I should have my stuff working again this evening. Turns out the ppl doing sheet rock & painting saw all the cable wires coming up thru the floor & going thru the wall to my unit....

...and without even thinking just cut them all off. And painted over them.

That's what I said when I saw it. They also plugged the hole with sheet rock & painted over it. I had one of 'em reopen it this morning but I need to have all the stub connectors coming up from the basement recrimped with new ends. What a CF!

Officials working in the White House are reportedly worried that colleagues may be wearing a wire for special counsel Robert Mueller.

The special counsel's probe into possible connections between President Trump and Russia has caused rising tensions between White House Counsel Don McGahn and Ty Cobb, a lawyer who joined the administration to handle the Mueller probe, The New York Times reported Sunday.

Cobb has urged the administration to hand over as many documents as it can for the special counsel’s probe, while McGahn is worried about precedents that could weaken the White House for future administrations, the report said.



They should be worried.

Vogel overheard the lawyers talking about White House counsel Donald F. McGahn II and Jared Kushner, president Trump’s son-in-law, as well as the infamous Trump Tower meeting. Here’s a sample from the article bearing the bylines of Vogel and Peter Baker:

Mr. Cobb was heard talking about a White House lawyer he deemed “a McGahn spy” and saying Mr. McGahn had “a couple documents locked in a safe” that he seemed to suggest he wanted access to. He also mentioned a colleague whom he blamed for “some of these earlier leaks,” and who he said “tried to push Jared out …”

The White House Counsel’s Office is being very conservative with this stuff,” Mr. Cobb told Mr. Dowd. “Our view is we’re not hiding anything.” Referring to Mr. McGahn, he added, “He’s got a couple documents locked in a safe.”

… Mr. Cobb also discussed the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting — and the White House’s response to it — saying that “there was no perception that there was an exchange.”

Vogel took their picture and tweeted it. That looks like a big bottle of sparkling water on the table.

I am still reeling from the massive turnout for MOAR on Saturday! Literally, dozens showed up. I still think they were scared off by the Juggalos.
