Sooooooo yeah got back from Moms on Saturday & my internet was out again.
On a whim I checked the feed wire coming thru the wall from the other apartment. It was cut cleanly AGAIN.

I tried knocking on their door a few times when I know they're home & they don't answer. So I left a note on the door, and got no reply. I even had the building mgr. knock when he was there yesterday, and got no response.

I suppose that's what I deserve for responding to twitter trolls who thinks that anyone who is female is more suitable to hold an elected office than someone who is, in general, competent & not corrupt regardless of their sex, identity, race or anything else.
