NOT NORMAL
Author: Raine    Date: 06/25/2018 13:13:35

I don't know about you, but I am having a really hard time with some people saying we should let those who are just following orders be left alone in public.

I am having a hard time being told that because I disagree with the WaPo editorial board then they must be the enemy; They are not.

If we make all credible journalist our Enemy, then we have given this administration what they want.

I refuse to accept that any of this is ok and I refuse to let fascist enablers to become normal.

That is where I am today. How about you?

and

Raine

Morning

I think so long as one is polite, as the Red Hen owner was, an American citizen has a right to confront any person working for any government that is holding kids hostage and trying to kill all of us.

As for the protest in the restaurant, I did get a bit of joy from it but then I worried about the other people in there, including the staff.

Now for the protest at Hildewhatevers home - hey, its a public street paid for with local tax dollars, so long as there isn't any violence, have at it.

I must have missed that last one? What was that?

Did you see this over the weekend?

The last one was the protest of the HHS person at her home by you

I did see that one. It was non violent, didn't even hear any swearing. I was ok with it.

Mornin' all..

I've been viewing this whole thing not as a protest of their political beliefs, but of their malicious & rude behavior.

If they didn't want to be called out in public & ostracized from established business with reputations to uphold, then they need to learn that the citizens of this country aren't gonna put up with their shit. It ain't about politics.

Meanwhile on the other side, they're still flat out discriminating based on gender identity.

The Fascists are winning despite the fact they are a (very loud) minority.

Oh yeah, how about the thing this morning where he pretty much came out & tweeted "hey, let's get rid of the rule of law!"?

Morning, comrades.

TriSec's day off, so I've been puttering around the house this am.

But I'll be writing a wing-dinger of a blog for Saturday. I did something today that I haven't done since the Bush "administration"....so stay tuned for that.

The big news of the day is that young Javier started driving school this morning. (Angels and ministers of grace, defend us!)

I'm sure it's not too many days until I'll come home to find this in my parking spot.

The scene Monique was talking about. Wonder if just turning around and silently staring at them would work?

Good morning bloggers!!! I hope that everyone is well.

I am hopeful that we will have people mobilized to vote this fall. It should be shocking that it rook imprisoned children as the first thing to get some of Trump's Congressional allies to disagree with him.

Aaand listening to Purple Rain at "concert hall pitch" today has provoked a surprisingly strong reaction.

Ali Veshi pointing out how unfriendly our policies are for families compared to other countries. Most European countries mandate paid vacations and our companies don't have to do that.
