Protect and Defend
Author: Raine    Date: 07/16/2018 13:07:43

I am deeply nervous today. As I write this, the White House occupant is meeting with the President of Russia.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

That is the Oath of Office of the President of the United States.

The person meeting Vladimir Putin at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki Finland is not upholding that oath. He isn't today, and hasn't since January of 2017. He isn't able to because he does not love our country. He has no desire to because it is not in his interest. He doesn't believe in our Constitution.

Now is the time for good people to stay strong and take care. And watch Randy Rainbow!

Yep, fully expect him to come out and announce that sanctions are off too.

Mornin' all..

I suspect he'll do far worse that say that sanctions that are ALREADY being ignored by this Administration are off. I get the feeling that he'll legitimize military aggression and recognize that Crimea is part of Russia.

Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

"Preserve, Protect, and Defend the Constitution of the United States."

Your move, United States Army.

Good morning, bloggers!!

I expect Trump to say that the sanctions are off, recognize Russian claims in Crimea, and not bring up Russian interference in the United States elections.

I spoke with a friend in Boston yesterday. She agreed with me that the Founders did not anticipate a Congress that would be compliant with a President who does not act in the national interest. Indeed, I cannot expect that this current Congress will provide any oversight as the GOP has only one interest now: power.

TriSec, I hope it never comes down to the United States Army having to get involved.

A reporter asked PUTIN a question about extradition and trump answered and saying it made up by the Dems and talked about the electoral college.

A friend on Facebook posted:

SO PUTIN IS DENYING INVOLVEMENT WITH THE 2016 ELECTION, AND TRUMP IS DENYING COLLUSION. SO NOW THE QUESTION IS:

NO COLLUSION WITH WHAT????

So I have a question - With all those involved with that sham that was the Stryker questioning proclaiming they know bias when they see it in text messages and emails, can someone FOIA their texts and emails from the Benghazi days and before? I mean they are elected officials and all.

Trump sided with Putin over our Intel agencies.

ON THE WORLD STAGE.

I drive past John Hancock and Sam Adams multiple times a day. (Granary Burying Ground). I always see large crowds standing there gazing at their final resting places. It's unknown what the tachometer is reading on those graves.

Raw Story reports that many people are not accepting Trump's take on Russian election interference.

I am quoting from the article, so I hope that this does not look too bad:

Asked what Russia did to spoil relations with the U.S., Trump is unable to name one thing. Instead goes after Hillary Clinton, whom, he wants us all to know, he beat.

This is truly insane! The Russians invaded our election and the American president yanmers about what a brilliant campaign he ran without one word of reproach to Putin for lying about Russia’s actions, which are ONGOING!!

The President is standing next to a murderous Russian dictator, and sucking up to him, while throwing the entire U.S. Justice Department and Intelligence Community under the bus. I can only imagine how “concerned” and “somewhat alarmed” the Republican members of Congress are.

My hope is that the American people will stand up and oust Trump and his allies. Thie Congressional GOP has proven to be complicit with Trump, who is following Putin's lead on everything.

I am sickened, disgusted, and saddened. We have never seen anything like this io our nation before.

HE should have been out of there once he was informed about RT --

I have some good news. Another local principal contacted me to let me know he wants to set up an interview this week after he talks to his team. (It is in Michigan City, about 50 minutes from the house. I can commute until winter -- as that area gets hammered with snow.)
