The publication of an anonymous op-ed critical of pResident tRump in the NY Times yesterday supposedly by a White House staffer has created an uproar. tRump and his supporters are livid and paranoid, and the media is all abuzz trying to determine who the author is.

Speculations include:


Naturally, the NY times is being tight-lipped about it. To complicate matters another source says there are dozens of other staffers who wished they had written it.



Meanwhile tRump - ever mercurial and increasingly paranoid - is losing his shit over it, insinuating that the NY Times employee had gotten a job in the White House to create problems:
It took less than 90 minutes from the column’s publication — which prompted news channels to cut in with special reports and set off a frenzy among White House aides — for the president himself to go on live television and denounce the essay, its author and the news organization that published it.

“We have somebody in what I call the failing New York Times talking about he’s part of the resistance within the Trump administration — this is what we have to deal with,” Mr. Trump said in the East Room of the White House, where reporters had gathered for a previously scheduled photo-op.

Sean Hannity - not to be out-crazied by tRump - declared that the "Deep State" had put a hit out on tRump. It should be fun seeing what else the tRump FOX "News" network has to say about this today.

Right on cue, tRump adds more evidence of his lack of presidential accumen by claiming (perhaps hyperbolically) that he has pictures of Mueller and Comey hugging and kissing:
But I had a business dispute with Mueller before that. I had a real business dispute. And he’s Comey’s best friend. And I could give you 100 pictures of him and Comey hugging and kissing each other. You know, he’s Comey’s best friend

If it wasn't, you know, our country and all that, it would be fun to watch. Perhaps at least we have some solace knowing that tRump is being subverted. It's hard to imagine how bad it would be if his crazy was turned up to 11.

While I find the op-ed interesting I have a problem with this person(s) calling themselves the Resistance. I'm sorry, no. That's like saying Martin Borrmann was protecting Germany from the real crazy that was Hitler. Just no. Borrmann still a Nazi and still up held the policy of the party. This anonymous op-ed person(s) is still up holding the heinous policies that are hurting the country (even though most don't feel it yet). So no, they are not the Resistance.


Sorry for invoking Hitler but the Godwin Rule died in 2016 - I don't make the rules.

I've seen people speculating that the author is Stephen Miller, and that he's only doing it to troll us & distract from the Kavanaugh hearings.

It's really far fetched, But it's totally something that jerk would do.

That's why I think the whole pulling of passports of citizens in Texas is part of the GOP voter suppression scheme. Looks like they might be expanding it elsewhere, and since the GOP is functioning as Trump's Gestapo.
