Good Morning!
A woman flagged me down yesterday when I was coming back from 7-11. I almost kept going because I don't know a lot of people here yet.
(and I was having hunger dumbs)
I decided last minute to roll my window down. She needed a Jump for her car. She was on her way to take her baby to the Dr. (she was n the back). So I guess that was a nice thing? I got to meet another person in our 'hood.

A law enforcement official said the person in custody was a man in his 50s. According to another person familiar with the investigation, this man lives in Florida near a facility which the packages were mailed through. It remains unclear if this man acted alone or had help, this person said.
