So the list of Repubs chosen by McCarthy is out - Jordan, Stefanik, Mike Johnson and Jim Banks.
So yeah, one absolute maniac who obviously needs to be immediately vetoed by Pelosi, one member looking for a photo op so she doesn't get voted out, and all of them insurrectionist apologists who will do everything possible to sabotage the investigation.
In my view every single one needs to be vetoed. The only ones other than Cheney who are acceptable are Kinzinger, Katko, Gonzalez and Meijer.

I expect McCarthy will do everything to derail the investigation. I expect more of a fight over this, which is what McCarthy wants so he can play this up for his base.

Good day. Back from the podiatrist. More work needs to be done and I am now wearing compresses to get the swelling down especially on my left foot (the good one). I just seem to be in a cycle of waiting.

I sympathize with the constant tweaking. Just had a doc appointment to get my compression stuff tweaked. Hate the waiting but it'll be worth it in the end.
