I'm the only one who thought this when she said that last night, aren't I?
Last nights hearing was very interesting and quite unsettling. Don't know why so many were even slightly shocked by TFG thinking hanging Mike Pence was a ok idea.
More to come next week.

I think that we are going to have a very effective hearing on Monday. I think that those who can be swayed to see TFG as responsible for the insurrection will see it him as culpable for what happened on that dark day.

so Liz Cheney mentioned a meeting at the WH w/ Powell, Flynn and Guiliani on the 18th of December.
The next day was 'it will be wild' tweet.

Investigators also have found evidence that Meadows repeatedly communicated with GOP Reps. Scott Perry (Pa.) and Jim Jordan (Ohio) before and on Jan. 6, 2021. Hutchinson identified Perry, Jordan, and Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) as the leading proponents in Congress “who were raising the idea of the Vice President doing anything other than just counting electoral votes on January the 6th.”
Asked by investigators whether Perry supported the idea of sending people to the U.S. Capitol on that day, Hutchinson replied that Perry did but that members who were present on a planning call ahead of Jan. 6 were “more inclined to go with White House guidance.”
Hutchinson also recounted a Dec. 21, 2020, strategy meeting at the White House ahead of the electoral certification attended by Jordan, Greene and Reps. Jody Hice (R-Ga.), Paul A. Gosar (R-Ariz.), Debbie Lesko (R-Ariz.), Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), Mo Brooks (R-Ala.), and Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.). Other GOP politicians dialed in to the meeting, according to Hutchinson’s testimony.

This has been a helluva week. I feel better but still a little messed up. That beta particle stuff is no joke.
Ivanka left an honestly good impression with me. But I need to see more of her deposition before making a decision. Jared, on the other hand... really? Could he have sounded any more like a bratty rich boy who is in so far over his head that his only reaction is to insult the wisdom of people FAR more experienced in governing than he is, just because he's obviously afraid of his father-in-law.
