I sometimes really dislike blogging on Monday mornings. This morning is rougher than usual. A post super bowl Monday leaves me with visions of first downs and touchdown in my head.

So until August, I bid adieu to football, and will let my fellow bloggers carry the sports mantle thru the rest of Hockey season and into Baseball.

I'll not comment on the "Elaborate" half-time show. I'll not comment on the commercials. It was a fun game, and football the way football should be played.

I'm not even going to comment on the pre-game interview President Obama gave to Bill O'Reilly. I didn't watch it. I refuse to give it credence, altho I do understand it is a super bowl tradition that the president give and interview to the network airing the show. Personally, I don't mind him giving this interview, there is a good chance that some people actually saw him that might otherwise not. Anyway...

Farewell NFL football. Until next season, I'll be missing you --Unlike the GOP who begins more of it's silly games this week.
