Will he or Won't he?

Yesterday, Representative Dave Cicilline announced a 'tentative date' had been set for Special Counsel Mueller to appear before a congressional committee. Later that afternoon, the occupant of the White House tweeted that he should not testify.
The tensions between the Trump administration and Congress could come to a head as early as this week, when House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) said his panel will probably adopt a contempt citation against Barr unless he provides the full, unredacted Mueller report. (snip)

Trump’s reversal on Mueller testifying came hours after a key member of the House Judiciary Committee said that the panel has proposed a date of May 15 for Mueller to testify but that no agreement has been reached yet.

Rep. David N. Cicilline (D-R.I.) said Sunday morning during an appearance on “Fox News Sunday” that a “tentative date has been set” for Mueller’s testimony. But he said in a later tweet that he had misspoken.

“Just to clarify: we are aiming to bring Mueller in on the 15th, but nothing has been agreed to yet,” Cicilline said in the tweet. “That’s the date the Committee has proposed, and we hope the Special Counsel will agree to it. Sorry for the confusion.”

Meanwhile, Former Fixer, Michael Cohen is entering jail today.
per AP: “Once he gets to prison, Cohen will undergo medical and mental health screenings and be assigned a job, such as mowing the grounds or cleaning up the visiting room. He’ll also get sets of clothing, bedding and towels.

We'd be remiss to mention that he is going to jail for crimes committed at the direction of Individual Number 1, also known as unindicted co-conspirator. Individual Number 1 is tweeting and watching TV as a free man only because he is the Occupant of the White House. If he were not in public office, he'd probably be going to jail as well.

Will Mueller testify or not? Will Barr respond to the subpoena? Will Michael Cohen go to jail. Only one of those three questions is definitive, and that is really messed up. Let's get this week going.
