Wants and Need

This cannot end soon enough. As Bob said yesterday:
He's spot-on. I feel that way as well. That said, in the end of his post as we may never have the normal we once knew. Yes, we have to prepare for whatever that is.
That's the thing about normal -- it's both subjective and objective. What's normal to you, might not be the same to me.
What I want, as I write this small post is to return to what was once known as acceptable, because what we are witnessing around this nation is not. I want to go back to a place where we don't hurt people who may be 'others'. I want mutual respect even in the face of disagreement. I want reason to be forefront when trying to solve a problem. I want it to be ok to acknowledge a problem.
We need to stop allowing this chaotic movement the occupant of the White House has forced upon us. We need to embrace humanity and make that normal again.
Needs being met will allow what we want as our normal to return.

We are now just over a month away (36 days) from the end of the tRump pResidency. I have to be honest - I am sick of writing blogs about what a piece of shit he is. I am tired of being outraged on a daily basis over the jaw-dropping self-serving insanity he pelts us with constantly; it's exhausting. Imagine a world (he said in a deep dramatic voice) where normal politics force us to report on world events, the actual state of the environment, and other "normal" things. What a dream - to have everyday problems return.
