Good Morning.

We've had a great spring these past few weeks.

In January and February.

'tis true - there's been lots of sunny days, temps in the mid-50s for weeks, even a handful of 60 degree days over the last two weeks or so.

But right on cue, here comes winter. It's cold locally today. There's snow in the forecast for the next two days, and a "major" storm coming on Tuesday. Major, in that it's the biggest potential snowfall we've had so far this season, yet minimal in that it's only going to be about six inches or so.

Which means the usual Bread, Milk, PANIC! coming at the market over the next few days, and on Tuesday I anticipate dozens of accidents on the roads around Greater Boston, as we completely lose our minds, and our ability to drive, whenever any kind of moisture falls from the sky.

Normally, we see anywhere between 30 and 50 inches of snow in an average winter. This year is far from average - so far we've gotten a whopping 6.9 inches of snow. All winter.

California may finally be seeing some relief from their years-long drought. Maybe it's our turn now.
