if they are using the evil Websense, you shouldn't be able to get online since the underlying URL for the hosting company for 4F comes as social media.

Good day folks. I guess I crashed out this morning since I didn't get much sleep Saturday night thanks to the storm we had. Not happy that my first day of staycation involves getting 1-2 more inches of rain on top of the 7 inches that NY got hit with yesterday.

(I drive by the Cambridge Reservoir every day alongside Route 128....it's been full since March, with no visible drop in water level.)
