I'm still stitching something together this morning.
I am still trying to see if the Thrillah from Wasilla on the Today Show is some kind of Aprils fools joke. Looks like it isn't.
When this story broke yesterday, all I could think of was Well It's April 1 What in the hell is this world coming to?
Now I know the Mayans were right. I'll be back with something in a bit. Happy Monday!

She had a flea bath yesterday, she wasn't too happy about it and let me know. The stuff I bought which is clove and peppermint extact based smell great. She has been combed a couple of times of dead fleas since the bath. So besides looking pretty she is flea free.

Our Day so far. Niece planted some tulips and hycinths in the yard whilst I did some gardening. She is pretty awesome. We did some food shopping as she wants to cook dinner for us tonite. Tried to go to the Consignment shop she loves here in town, but alas, it is closed Mondays.
After Dinner we will be going to the Dairy godmother for dessert.
Right now she is watching a german film, texting her friends chillin' on the couch
How awesome is all that?
(Tomorrow we'll be taking a trip to the Zoo. Today is laid back day.)

a) Find a gap, accelerate to merging speed, signal your merge, and move smoothly into traffic
or
b) stop yammering on your cellphone long enough to realize you're not going to make it and come to a complete stop on the ramp?
I'm hoping the damage won't be too bad; it was still driveable afterwards. I believe I will be sporting a seatbelt bruise in the morning. And we learned back in EMT school...if you get an injury from a seatbelt, you likely would have been killed if you weren't wearing it.
Yeesh.
(And teenybopper was driving her daddy's Lexus, which virtually disintegrated and had to be put on a flatbed. I just drove home. Subarus are indeed indestructible.)
