Morning

I'll be disappearing for a bit today - its company the warehouse bbq and I'm juggling a bunch of stuff and praying the tent I ordered arrives in a timely fashion.

"The Republicans have spent so much time and effort opposing everything that it has had the unintended side effect of destroying any form of "normal" diplomacy with several nation-states.

Therefore, it is only possible to exploit connections made by private citizens, where in normal times this would be considered government work."

Remember, this delegation's brain trust is Dana Rohrabacher, Michelle Bachmann & Steve King. Not exactly the sharpest tools in the Congressional shed.

Oh and Segal is a special deputy. He knows how to root out information, his pal, Joe Arepio showed him how.

I, Mondo am about to transform in to the Hulk. How can you not know how to fill out a simple online form? Don't you do this at all? Why is attaching files to the said form seemingly beyond your grasp? Why do you even have a website? Why are you wasting your time and mine? Would you please cease to function!

What if he appointed Booker NOW to take him out of any potential Governor run?

As to the rest, interesting theory.

Don't you think that will cut his chances to be pres then?

I made the call to the Committee Chairman this weekend and accepted. Starting in the fall, I shall be the new Cubmaster of Pack 205, Waltham. (Stanley School).

It's in pretty bad shape; there are but 2 adults, and a single den of 8 cubs. This shall be a challenge to rebuild, for sure. It's also in the Spanish part of town. I think the pack has actually been disadvantaged because it's primarily run by middle-aged white guys. Perhaps having a Pinoy married to a Cuban (and native speaker) might help with community outreach.

The pack is un-affiliated right now, but I shall do my hardest to establish relations with Troop 248 (First Baptist), because as I said to Mrs. TriSec...."What am I going to do, rebuild that pack and send kids up to Troop 250?"

I actually have a vision - Mayor McCarthy unofficially declared me 'Waltham's Cubmaster" a few seasons ago. I have contacts at all the units in town now...perhaps we can do more to foster inter-unit cooperation and events and strengthen scouting throughout the entire city.

(Bonus-this gets me known in another part of town and can only help with my political plans in 2015.)

Hmm.. Looks like even if Christie appoints someone, it's only temporary (until November?) when the special election happens.

And that's DAL1425, operating as a round trip; ATL-BWI-ATL.

Equipent is a Boeing 737-800, and is currently listed as "scheduled".

Ya know, I could go uber-dork on you all and call the KATL and KBWI ASOS and figure out what the active runways are, and try to guess at the pattern approach so anyone under the flight path could go out with binocs and attempt to pick them off....

But I probably won't.

ASOS is pretty helpful. It's an acronym for "Automated Surface Observation System".

We've called Hanscom Field on numerous ocassions from camping trips to get the weather observations and found it quite helpful at times.

It seems to be some kind of occupational therapeutic modality using donkeys as the focus of the therapy. Weird, but hey if it works.

Well sir, even though the 737-800ER does have transcontinental range, it's still at heart a regional jet.

The ERJ-170 has a similar range (Embraer), although the CRJ is a true regional jet with about 1500 less nm in the tank.

Our intrepid travelers are now flying over the "Strom Thurmond Reservoir" on the GA/SC line.

I'm thinking this might be a good place for their vessel to have a "Blue Ice" incident.

I guess Clear Channel's got a good vacation plan, if not much else. Although Sirius-XM must love that Howard Stern only works 3 days a week now when he's not on vacation.
