Tonite is Kentucky and Oregon. Oregon has been voting by mail for a while, and we expect those results to come in very later tonite. Kentucky is expected to go HRC's way. But tonite, the big story regarding the primary, is that Obama will get the majority of Pledged delegates, from both Kentucky and Oregon. Soon after that I suspect that
The 'Pelosi Club' will endorse Obama.

And... in light of the very sad news we were informed of today, of the GREAT senator from Massachusetts , I leave you with these words.

The work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die.

Edward Kennedy, August 12, 1980, NYC

You are in our thoughts and prayers Senator Kennedy, but yes, the cause endures, the hope still lives and our dreams will never die.

:peace: and
See you inside.

I was looking for this quote earlier.

...So, let us not be blind to our differences -- but let us also direct attention to our common interests and to the means by which those differences can be resolved. And if we cannot end now our differences, at least we can help make the world safe for diversity. For, in the final analysis, our most basic common link is that we all inhabit this small planet. We all breathe the same air. We all cherish our children's future. And we are all mortal.

I want to say something... in 1980, Senator Kennedy ceeded the nomination to Jimmy Carter, and went on to be one of the most loved, revered and precious members of the senate.

I would love it very much if Senator Clinton would do the same.

HE is basically saying that Obama is the change candidate, and Hillary is the candidate that will go after the 8% of the undecided voters. Interesting.

I just truncated that, I know. But it was a very good case saying that there ARE fundamental differences between BHO, and HRC.

Dah, dah, dah, dah....

The Death Star is back! The 'director' (LOL) of network security (what's that thing about too many chiefs...not enough Indians) is a major Star Wars fan (beyond obsessive...he has a picture of his 3 sons on his desk in Jedi uniforms in a Star Wars frame)....now...keep in mind I love Star Wars & all Sci Fi in general....but I've actually heard this 'man' say he feels like the Emperor....with this 'power' of blocking websites...

The Internet web filter is back on at my job....which explains the lack of Daily Reading....

But I am still sending the Daily reading to Raine....

So Rainey baby....if you want to post any stories...please do....

Its funny...he's using 'websense' which is like $5,000 - $8,000 a month which was originally turned off by the republican registered execs down in Tampa (trust me I know...we IT guys work on execs e-mail a lot) because they didn't pay the bill...well, they seemed to have found enough money for that....but not more than a 3% raise (lower than cost of living) for all employees under mgmt level....even the mgmt level only get 5% at most...execs...ha...13-19% depending on 'performance'....again...IT guys know things....

Anyway...just wanted to vent that, that crap is back online...think NET NEUTRALITY...that's what it would be like....

Have a good night everyone!

Congrats to Obama...can't wait to get my yard sign (psst...our neighbor directly across the street had a Rudy sign in his yard earlier this year LOL...I'm sure he'll love our Obama 08 sign) up!
