Now if it would only stop with the snow.

That picture actually makes me smile.
Good morning!

Morning, comrades. You can tell it's spring in New England:

I'm wearing gloves instead of mittens.
I can wear boots instead of snowshoes.
We're only expecting an inch or two of snow, instead of a foot or two.
And it's 22 degrees instead of just 2.

Spring has sprung
The grass is ris
I wonder where the flowers is.

The man hit every branch of the the stupid tree when he fell out of it, didn't he.

I'm going to securely tie my Masshole hat on now.

The only thing keeping New Hampshire solvent is the ability to leech off of Massachusetts. It ceased being relevant when the Old Man fell apart.

If by "decisive victory" he means to say Bibi was able to cobble together enough votes last minute to eek out a narrow last minute win over Hetzog, then yeah I guess that is one way to look at it.

I learned this as:

Spring has sprung,
The grass has ris,
I wonder where the birdies is?
The birdies is on the wing...
On the wing? - but that's absurd!
I thought the wings was on the bird?

And then proceeded to flip-flop within 48 hours of being "elected". That should be much more unsettling to the parties thinking of joining a coalition than anything we might do.

Around my area it's more or less melted off all the walkable surfaces, but theres still some spots of lawn. And of course there's still the giant plow piles, but even those have shrunken a lot over the past couple weeks with the seasonal shift.

If I walk out the door I see a couple of feet, but that's snowbanks. Most roofs don't have snow on them any more. Yesterday for the first time I was able to park in a parking spot at home that didn't have snow in it (but the curb was destroyed by the snowplow). There are some bare spots.especially in the woods. Thankfully we didn't have any large rainstorms so no real flooding from the melt.

You know, sometimes I really believe that these guys are nothing more than a circus freak show act.

I am not joking. They have made so many people just hate government so much that the general population doesn't care any more, and then they go and pull this shit.

They will require companies to publicly disclose the chemicals used in the fracturing process within 30 days of completing fracking operations.

The rules will also set safety standards for how companies can store used fracking chemicals around well sites, and will require companies to submit detailed information on well geology to the Bureau of Land Management, a part of the Interior Department.

When you have no clue about what tax revenue does, this was bound to happen.
