Good morning and welcome to the beginning of day 174 of this mess. What is happening?
Yesterday this happened. This is one day. ONE DAY.
That is a lot of crap right there. In said steaming pile of poop was this nugget: This is interesting because 2 days ago Politico reported that the WH was defending Junior.
Now, I have no idea why DTJr. released those emails yesterday, but one thing I know, this administration is pure chaos. The line yesterday was that the pResident knew nothing about the meeting but a few days ago KellyAnne Conway stated: This was standard operating procedure for the campaign. Let’s focus on what didn’t happen in that meeting. No information provided that was meaningful. No action taken. Nothing.
There is no way in the world anyone with a serious mind believes this. Especially when this is out there:
Then we have this from the Today Show. This is the pResidents lawyer:

The White House said Trump didn't know about his son's meeting with the Russian lawyer. Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Trump learned of the meeting "in the last couple of days," adding that Trump Jr. "did not collude with anybody to influence the election." Kellyanne Conway denied evidence of collusion, saying "everybody is trying to convert wishful thinking into hard evidence and haven't been able to do that."
“There’s no evidence of collusion,†White House counselor Kellyanne Conway told “Good Morning America,†a position seconded by deputy White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who told reporters later Monday in an off-camera briefing that “there was simply no collusion.â€
“The president’s campaign did not collude in any way. Don Jr. did not collude with anybody to influence the election,†Sanders said. “No one within the Trump campaign colluded in order to influence the election.â€
The White House sent Sanders and Conway out to defend Trump Jr. — in addition to representing President Donald Trump himself — at the daily press briefing and on the morning shows, respectively.

DTJr released the emails because he knew the news media was going to release them. Maybe he thought it would seem less suspicious if he did it first. Maybe he thought he hadn't committed any crime, because he supposedly didn't take it any further.
He would be wrong on both accounts...
And I feel pretty sure they DID take it further.

The only thing about adoption wrt to this story is that they will adopt more and more excuses and lies to cover the cover up of the cover up.

I am off early today. I had what I thought was a good interview in Chicago yesterday. When I came out of the interview, I had a message to interview at a school less than 15 minutes from where I live. Heading there soon.
