Good morning!
I'm pretty worried about North Korea this time around.

Mornin' all!
I'm starting to hear a lot of rumbling about individuals and insurance companies planning to sue the government and this administration specifically if it refuses to properly fund the ACA according to the statute.
There's also this today, which sets precedent for the above:BREAKING: Full DC Circuit Court orders @EPAScottPruitt to enforce oil&gas companies to comply with methane leak standards immediately. pic.twitter.com/5O2vcbKFYE

The newest bill containing increased sanctions against Russia was passed almost unanimously on the 27th & received at the White House on the 28th, according to the House bill tracking website.
The White House is now saying they never received the bill.
If Trump doesn't sign or veto it, the bill becomes law at midnight on August 7th.

Sure, but that won't stop it from becoming law (if Congress were in full recess it would - the Senate is still around until the 11th). He has to put his signature on the veto line, and if he does that he'll be overriden bigly.

As soon as Trump said he would let the ACA crumble. I told Bob that there would be lawsuits.
This is all good stuff.
