I also heard that Mittens has fallen in line and will now support Trump, and Fox News has supposedly gotten its highest ratings in May. I am worried just like in Nazi Germany, people are starting to fall in line behind the shit gibbon. According to the Boston Globe, fewer Republicans are supporting the Mueller inquiry and are believing the bullshit tweeted by Shitler. If only I could have found work in Canada.

He wants to ban the sale of German-brand luxury cars now. Not ban their import, ban their sale.

There is no way in hell that this will hold up in federal court.

I'm not sure how that would actually be legal.

His fucking with the auto industry (esp the imports) is making it more expensive to get even fricking Hyundai's fixed. They are F-ing made here dammit.

Beaton also reports that Jones, along with Texans owner Bob McNair and Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, testified that they believed the protests were hurting the NFL financially. Which of course conflicts with recent statements from Falcons owner Arthur Blank, who justified the new contract given to Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan by claiming that league and club revenues are up.

But days later, Mr. Obama seemed less sanguine. “I don’t know,” he told aides. “Maybe this is what people want. I’ve got the economy set up well for him. No facts. No consequences. They can just have a cartoon.”

He added that “we’re about to find out just how resilient our institutions are, at home and around the world.”

The day Mr. Obama hosted Mr. Trump at the White House after the election seemed surreal. Mr. Trump kept steering the conversation back to the size of his rallies, noting that he and Mr. Obama could draw big crowds, but Mrs. Clinton could not, Mr. Rhodes writes.

Afterward, Mr. Obama called a few aides to the Oval Office to ruminate on the encounter. “I’m trying to place him in American history,” he said.

“He peddles” bull, Mr. Rhodes answered. “That character has always been part of the American story. You can see it right back to some of the characters in Huckleberry Finn.”

“Maybe,” Mr. Obama answered, “that’s the best we can hope for.”

Two stories about the now ex-governor of Missouri, Eric Greitens a former SEAL.

From the New Yorker prior to his resigination.

From

The Republicans better get crushed in the 2018 elections because otherwise I don't think this country is going to make it.

His level of SEALness is kind of up for debate. The New Yorker article said he was never in combat, which is what really makes one a SEAL. Given that, it sounds like he was SEAL adjacent. In any event he is a POS.

Hello bloggers!!

There are somedays when I wish that Mom had taken someone's advice and moved us to another country. However, Netanyahu is also a disaster.

My school has poor air conditioning and we have the first day of finals. I am wearing a linen shirt to beat the heat.
