Good Morning!

I just spent the past twenty minutes listening to birds chirp. It was soothing and meditative. The air is perfect and the sun is shining with a perfect glow.

With that, I will leave it there. I hope the rest of the day goes as well as my morning is.

Mornin' all!

I heard something interesting while watching a streamer from Germany. Apparently a person or family there can designate a section of their home (like a basement) as business space and write it off of their taxes as a business expense.

Not sure if we're able to do that here, but it would be a fantastic idea for self-employed folks.

I tried doing that when I was working from home 100%. The "Standard Deduction" was still the better option for me.
