Thirty Years Friday

It is still vivid in my memory watching the Wall being broken down on CNN in November 1989. Still makes me get happy and weepy.

It's been speculated that the catalyst for that happening was Bowie's concert in Berlin in 1987.





Its amazing that we can look at those events and be hopeful and joyous. But Putin looked at it and saw only fear and anger. Such a sad, pitiful little man.

After this weeks elections results, my hopes have been stoked that we will rise up and once again find a way to triumph over the fear and anger of little men.

Mornin' all!

Going to the doc later, my elbow's been hurting all week & getting progressively worse. It's at the point that I can't use a keyboard or move my arm without pain.
