Madness and Miracles
Author: Raine    Date: 12/21/2020 14:02:29

Looks like we're finally going to get a pandemic relief bill passed. Again, last minute and not yet fully written. With Mitch McConnel still in that position, things are not going to change. The Occupant may be leaving the White House, but Moscow Mitch is getting an assist from said occupant to sabotage the Biden Administration. Unless...

All we can do is hope that something akin to a miracle happens in Georgia. It very well may happen.
More than 1.3 million Georgians have already voted in two Senate runoffs taking place next month — a number that rivals the turnout at this point in the November election and points to intense enthusiasm in a pair of races that will determine control of Congress. (snip)

About 36,000 Georgians who didn’t vote in November cast ballots early for the January runoffs, according to state data. That includes people who were too young to vote last month.
Historically, young voters tend to lean towards the Democratic Party. Activists across the state, particularly the Metro Atlanta region, focused on them until the very last minute. I hope it pays off!

We have less than a month until Inauguration day and in these trying times... (my apologies for that overused and appropriate saying) it's a lifetime. The mad wanna-be King is still in the White House and is doing as much damage as possible. Currently, he's attempting a coup and thinking about implementing marshall law. The NYT can't even bring themselves to call it what it is.

As the week begins, let's stay safe out there.

The "three-martini-lunch" deduction can be rolled back after Jan 20th

I am on break after a busy week and a busy weekend.
