It's all relative.
Despite the rest of the country getting temps they never routinely see - New England has been spared most of that. It's been cloudy and grey for about ten days now, but temps have not gone below 25 or so.
At least it's "normal" for somebody.

We got a fair amount of precipitation yesterday - all sleet. I have never seen that much sleet in my life.
Of course, it warms up just enough during the day to melt a little bit, then refreezes overnight. What a nasty mess.

May as well detonate a tactical nuke in the heart of Kenmore Square.
This is a very prominent hotel - The Commonwealth - in the heart of the Square, literally across the street from Fenway Park. Some of the premium rooms have views of the field. All the restaurants listed are in the lobby. That's an entire city block that's gone dark.
