Actually, my diet for the next several days will be liquids and soft foods until my tongue heals up

Good Morning, comrades!
It appears all is well with the DC branch of the blog.
Alas, I listen to the news, and we're expecting death via blizzard this weekend in New England. It appears legit, though - an astronomical high tide at the projected height of the storm had them breaking out the flood barriers around the subway station at the aquarium. Trolleys are already cancelled.
Of course, due to my poor planning, I actually need to go to the market, probably tonight. Yes, I fucking NEED bread and eggs, dammit!!

Bob came home this afternoon and has been resting.
Tonite, we'll be feasting on Lobster Bisque. Then we will be sleeping. I never want to drive BWP at 6 am again...
I'm like Mala, don't like parkways or highways.
In another life of mine, I got up at 430 am and drive to a train station to get the 6:05 amtrak to NYC for work in the morning. I also don't want to travel that time of the morning again.
Bobber is doing great. We were told to expect a few days of more pain over the weekend, but he has exceeded expectations since surgery on Tuesday.
It really is amazing.
Tonite, we'll be feasting on Lobster Bisque. Then we will be sleeping. I never want to drive BWP at 6 am again...

Tons of liquids here...
Were not supposed to get it that bad here. Once we got home though I had to get stuff that bob will need for the next week or so.
People here are cleaning off the shelves. I got Ice Cream at WALGREENS (I went there for a nice bath sponge and scored an at-home covid test!)
