Good morning! It's gonna be a busy day, and I just saw the first SCOTUS decision of the day popped up, so let's get to it!

Berger v. North Carolina NAACP - 8-1, Gorsuch. Procedural matter regarding state legislators joining a suit when that state's AG had already done so.
Nance v. Ward - 5-4, Kagan. A death row inmate can challenge when the state chooses a manner of execution not outlined in state law, or if they want to choose their own method of execution. This is a interesting one!
Vega v. Tekoh - 6-3, Alito. Violation of Miranda rights cannot be challenged as a civil rights claim under S1983. Pretty awful decision that really guts previous 5th Amendment precedents. The reactionary march back to the 1800s continues...
NYSRPA v. Bruen - Thomas, 6-3. Basically guts New York's concealed carry license law. SIGH...
