What medical procedure does any state prevent a man from having?
I guess a uterus is inferior to any male genitalia in this country.

Sadly, the double standard involving women's healthcare has gone on since time immemorial. I think that we will need a Democratic Congress and a Democratic president to ensure the healthcare rights of women. (I do not trust this Supreme Court.)

There’s going to be a lot to talk about tomorrow with these new fake electors indictments out of Arizona. In fact, there’s so much happening in the news at the moment it’s a bit hard to keep your head straight. But I wanted to note just one exquisite point. One of the indictees is Christina Bobb, OANN talking head turned Trump lawyer, who just last month was appointed as the new head of the RNC’s “election integrity” chief. So yes, the GOP’s head of election integrity has now been charged with election subversion and election fraud. So we’re off to a strong start.

I've been advocating to add a new dispatcher to the team. Let's call her "Rocky".
I have rallied the rest of the dispatchers (4 M, 1 F) , we have all approached the Operations manager (M) independently and advocated on her behalf. The Ops Manager wants to give her the opportunity during shoulder season, instead of in the busy season.
The General Manager (also M) said no. Felt that Rocky was "not ready for the position yet" and should wait another year. (I hired her pre-covid. She has been a tour conductor, a sales rep, and an "inside" specialist during the winters, doing project work in any capacity.)
Rocky has decided to quit as soon as she gets something else lined up. (because there is "no room for growth" unless you are equipped with certain reproductive organs.)
So there you have it.
