No Special Rights?
Author: velveeta jones    Date: 11/10/2013 15:23:04

Good morning dear readers. Can we all please take a moment to say prayers for the people effected by the Typhoon Haiyan? I fear the death toll will increase as the day goes on. The loss of life plus the continued devastation to our environment is just heart-breaking. It kept me awake most of the night.

Now, let's talk about these "people" that want special rights in the work place. Of all "places" why should we give them these special privileges where they work? They claim to want equality, while many in the House claim that what they want is "special" rights.

Just like those dames in the late 19th, early 20th Century who were all up in the face of law-abiding men; wanting to do things like, "vote". Phew! These women were perfectly fine not voting. Their place was to work in crowded factories making crap beginning at age 5. Why would they need to vote? Well, the ugly ones anyway; the pretty, quiet ones could get married and be free women to stay inside their homes. But, there you have it, some of the uppity ones got together and the 19th Amendment was born. Special rights for women.

Good Christian men fought it; using the Bible to remind women of their low status in civilized society. After all, God created Adam, not Susan. (Though, God did look at Adam and decided to disassemble him to make a better version that He called Eve).

Now, the homo's want to be able to get, keep and be promoted in the workplace! When will this insanity end?! These are special rights that could result in  FRIVOLOUS LAWSUITS according to a guy whose name sounds like a cartoon character who overdoses on Viagra.

Ask Republicans like Mrs. Lindsey Graham about how they feel about the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) and here is what he'll say:

BENGHAZI BENGHAZI BENGHAZI!!!!! WHAT DID THE PRESIDENT AND SEC. CLINTON KNOW ABOUT BENGHAZI AND WHEN DID THEY KNOW IT? WHY DIDNT THEY SEND SPECIAL FORCES OUT TO SAVE THOSE AMERICANS IN .... BENGHAZI?!!

This, followed by YET ANOTHER anti-freedom bill called (horribly) Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. What?

So, while these special rights for special people passed in the Senate, despite the obstructionists with the same ol' same names like Cruz, Graham, Grassley, Blunt, Crapo, McConnell, Vitter and all the usual suspects it will not make it in the Boners House.

Another one who voted against it, Mr. Rand Paul, was visibly shaken that the bill had passed and had this to say about it:

Let us not wallow in the valley of despair, I say to you today, my friends.

And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream today!

I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, and every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight; "and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together".

Well said Mr. Paul. Well said.
