Trump hates bunnies
Author: TriSec    Date: 02/10/2026 10:29:21

Good Morning.

As if we didn't already know, the Commander-In-Chief is the most vile and repugnant person ever to walk the surface of this earth. I know there's pretty stiff competition for the top spot, but in this case, we're clearly #1.

Raine did most of the talk about Mr. Bunny yesterday. I can add to the debate, or detract from it by posting what the President messaged about the performance. I'm a musician and former performer myself, so I simply won't do that.

Consider though, what I said about it on my Bluesky yesterday:

TriSec XX? @trisec.bsky.social?·23h

The only thing about Mr. Bunny's performance is that it was in Spanish.

Old, racist, white guys just don't understand that, so they react like toddlers.

Really, who could have guessed that the "Terrible Twos" actually refers to a second presidential term?

One does not have to be bi-lingual, or even Latino to understand and appreciate a performance. Fortunately, I am bi-lingual; I speak music.

But let's consider another thing. Have you heard about US skier Hunter Hess? She competes in the Anti-ICE discipline at these Olympics, and sometimes skis freestyle. But since she goes against the will and pleasure of the tang-coloured-tyrant...she also participates in the biathlon. As a target, apparently.

President Trump criticized Team USA freestyle skier Hunter Hess on Sunday, after Hess and other American athletes at the Milano Cortina Winter Games shared their thoughts on the political situation in the United States earlier in the week.

"U.S. Olympic Skier, Hunter Hess, a real Loser, says he doesn't represent his Country in the current Winter Olympics," Mr. Trump said in a social media post on Sunday. "If that's the case, he shouldn't have tried out for the Team, and it's too bad he's on it. Very hard to root for someone like this. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

During a press conference on Wednesday, in response to a question about the current political situation in the U.S., Hess said his feelings about representing his country on the international stage were complicated.

"I think it brings up mixed emotions to represent the U.S. right now, I think. It's a little hard," he said. "There's obviously a lot going on that I'm not the biggest fan of, and I think a lot of people aren't. I think for me it's more I'm representing my, like, friends and family back home, the people that represented it before me, all the things that I believe are good about the U.S."

"I just think, if it aligns with my moral values, I feel like I'm representing it. Just because I'm wearing the flag doesn't mean I represent everything that's going on in the U.S.," he continued. "So yeah, I just kind of want to do it like for my friends and my family and the people that supported me getting here."

On Saturday, Trump administration envoy and Kennedy Center head Rich Grennell criticized Hess on social media, suggesting he "move to Canada if you aren't proud to wear USA."

Meanwhile, Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett, a Republican, said Hess should "shut up and go play in the snow."

But she's not the only one. A British skiier, who spent most of his life in the USA, is her teammate on the Anti-ICE patrol. He's receiving death threats.

The Team GB freestyle skier Gus Kenworthy says he has received death threats and messages hoping that he breaks his neck after posting an image apparently showing him urinating “fuck ICE” in the snow last week.

Kenworthy, who has lived in America for most of his life, also doubled down on his criticisms of the US immigration and customs enforcement agency, calling them “absolutely evil and awful and terrifying”.

It is understood that while Kenworthy is not yet in Livigno, where he will compete next week, the British Olympic Association has already put support services in place for the 34-year-old, including for threats and abuse via social media.

Kenworthy’s latest came in a post on Instagram on Sunday night, in which he said that he had received a lot of supportive comments for his remarks on ICE, but some had been “awful”.

“People telling me to kill myself, threatening me, wishing they’ll get to see me blow my knee or break my neck during my event, calling me slurs … it’s insane,” he said.

Kenworthy, who won silver in ski slopestyle at the 2014 Winter Olympics when representing the US before switching in 2019 to represent Great Britain, also praised the Americans Hunter Hess and Mikaela Schiffrin for speaking out against the Trump administration.

“Maybe this video is just going to invite more hate and vitriol but I think it’s important to say what we feel and stand up for what we believe in and stand up to injustice,” he said. “And I’ve been really proud seeing other athletes doing that: Hunter Hess, Michaela Schifrin (sic). I think it’s inspiring and it’s important.

“I think sometimes people forget that you can love the US and be proud to be an American – I am – and still think they can be better and just because you love the US doesn’t mean you stand with this administration.”

This is pure madness. If only there was a way to end all of this.
