I don't know what to think anymore. The occupant of the White House must go, either by the polls or impeachment. The problem still remains that it won't remove the cancer that he has allowed to flourish in this nation.
As expected, we are in the bad place. I always knew it would get worse and tried to prepare myself for it, but in the middle of it, it is really hard to not feel a bit afraid.
This morning, Speaker Pelosi will make a formal statement regarding the status of impeachment.
I solace in leaders like Madame Speaker and Chairperson Schiff.
I don't think any of this is ok. I am angry, I am sad and I am scared. We'll get through this, I believe that. For Today, and just today, I am allowing myself to feel that and express it.
Tomorrow I can be strong again. Thanks for letting me vent.

The formal setting she's chosen also is reminiscent of the statement she made in September announcing the beginning of the formal impeachment inquiry.
House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said on CNN Thursday morning that Pelosi "wants to keep the American people informed" but said he would let her reveal the details.
ABC News Senior Congressional Correspondent Mary Bruce reports that at a meeting with her Democratic caucus before Wednesday's hearing, she asked members "Are you ready? and there were no objections.
