I am now living with a man I love, who I met becuase of that show, I met TriSec, we had the famous T-shirt tour, I met mala and liv and griump and many others directly from that time... since then I came to know and love the Stephanie Miller Show and , and thru the show, I laugh every morning with new friends as well.

Raine, can you get on your local elections board? You know, with the old ladies that sit around the polling places and drink coffee?
But you'd be on the front lines and can see firsthand any shenanigans going on with the machines...

VERY critical. Where a candidate stands, and what they have done in the past means something to me. Charisma is wonderful, but hell... A lot of people thought that George Bush had charisma as well.
Same with Raygun.
Bad people can be very charismatic too. IT is our job as responsible americana to inform ourselves where a candidate stands on things. We cannot rely on the media to tell us. it is our responsibility.

Most of the states up this way, including our fair urban Commonwealth, will allow you to keep an animal you have personally road-killed yourself.
I know Western areas of the state and Southern NH have a 'waiting list' with the local police, just in case some city folk run down something and get squeamish about taking it home; plenty of locals will step up.
Gee, I'm going to have to learn how to dress a deer if I move upcountry, aren't I?

He talked about it in a magazine interview. He ran over a rabbit with his car, took it home, cooked it up and ate it. They never asked more about it, but I got the feeling it was about the idea of eating it rather than letting the death be for nothing.

I could not care less about her music. What I find disturbing is that we have someone who should be able to gt the help she needs and instead, she has become fodder for paparazzi, the tabloids and simply something to be thrown to the entertainment industtry. She seems like she does not even have the ability to simply say to everyone, "Leave me alone" Let me work this out"

As John Edwards bowed out of his second run for the presidency, questions swirled about his wife, Elizabeth. Her absence from the campaign trail in recent weeks had even her closest friends wondering about her well-being.
But Elizabeth Edwards just has a bad case of the sniffles, a friend said. "My husband and I went to South Carolina for the primary there," said Sally Plyler, a friend from Raleigh, N.C. "I called her before I went and after I came back. She said she just had a bad cold."
Ellan Maynard, another longtime friend, said Elizabeth Edwards had a recent checkup and said "it was all good."

This might be all speculation, but I have seen Mark Green defending hillary on th TV machine. Once again I do not begrudge him that, but he has a greater responsibilty and that is to giving a voice to progressives.
