Since the scandal broke into the news, Santorum has been circumspect in his comments about it. He has said he does not know Sandusky personally.
And indeed, the guy has been a top philanthropist for a long time, routinely honored by political figures.
On Tuesday, Santorum told ABC News that Paterno deserved the benefit of the doubt because he has “served in such distinction for all those years.†Santorum also said: “Look, I pray and hope that he (Paterno) didn’t do anything he shouldn’t have done, but it certainly looks horrible for the university, horrible for the football program and obviously people were fired, should be fired,†Santorum told ABC News.
With woman after woman coming forward to charge him with sexual harassment, calling the previous Speaker of the House "Princess Nancy" may have not been Cain's best phrasing to show he has respect for professional women.

It's false equivalency -- again. That the author is suggesting this is the other side is reproductive choice -- and yet, women aren't supposed to 'just get an abortion' if they 'just feel like it'
This thesis is justifying irresponsibility. It would not be any different if I were to say a woman who goes around having abortions as a way of birth control is justified.
They’ve made choices few of us would, but they’ve determined to accept them with as much grace and gratitude as they can muster. Because this is what reproductive freedom and choice look like. And as long as there’s still spring in Michelle’s uterus, they’re going to keep going – 20 and counting.

For example... look at this part of the article:They’ve made choices few of us would, but they’ve determined to accept them with as much grace and gratitude as they can muster. Because this is what reproductive freedom and choice look like. And as long as there’s still spring in Michelle’s uterus, they’re going to keep going – 20 and counting.
We could be talking about having abortions here just as easily, and that would probably piss people off.

I think you know my feeling about this by now -- It's amazing -- I just think that justifying irresponsibility as a reproductive choice is dishonest.
the Duggar's was 3 months premature. That child was less than 2 pounds when born.
I have a very dear friend who is deeply religious, her spirituality inspires me, to be truthfully honest. She struggled dearly to have a child. She DOES give thanks to god for her 2 daughters. She does not give god credit for her pregnancies --
But she also recognizes the fact that she lost MANY babies (what you and I call a miscarriage, she chooses to call babies, I respect that and completely understand) on her journey to becoming a mother. She says she was blessed to have a second child when she didn't expect to be able to carry the fetus.
In the end I think she respected her body as well as her belief in god. I DO question A woman who is on her way to a 20th child. Call me a judger, fine -- I'm judging.
